HISTORY Freshi Films LLC began in 1994 as a sidebar of the International Family Film Festival(IFFF) In 2006, the success of the festival and its workshops prompted LAUSD to ask Freshi to create an after school program. Four years later, we are the leading after school filmmaking program in the county with 590 programs in 25 states.

In addition to running programs independently, Freshi has partnered with LA All Stars, LA Conservation Corps, Boys and Girls Clubs, YMCA’s, Enrichment Kids, KYDS and a number of other organizations. Freshi is an approved vendor and service provider for the Los Angeles Unified School District and the Microsoft Settlement Funding Ed Tech K-12 Voucher program. We are often funded through Title 1 grants.

ABOUT FRESHI ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS
Freshi offers enrichment programs in Digital Filmmaking, Game Design and Stop Motion Animation. Whether you have a traditional after school program or week long summer camps, we can accommodate your needs.   All of our programs are curriculum and project based. Each class is carefully structured and created to promote creativity, confidence and a sense of self.

TURNKEY PROGRAM
This is a worry free option where we come to your site(s) and run the whole program. Just give us a room with electricity and we provide the staff, equipment, and supplies.

Price is determined by the amount of kids, total hours and percentage of split, if any. Typically a program runs anywhere from $7 to $15 per hour, per student. Special pricing for larger groups and multiple schools.

TRAINING PROGRAM

We train and equip your staff to run their own flm/animation or game design program.
You will need your own computers for this program to work*
